We listed our house in a market downturn and were really worried that we wouldn't get near to asking price. Our neighborhood felt like every second house was for sale, we couldn't walk the dogs around the block without hitting a for sale sign. We had a target price for our sale and listed accordingly, our place sold on the first day of showings and hit our target price exactly. Like, 4 hours of showings, and we sold. Right? Sick. This was in one of the most competitive markets that I've seen in Calgary and I give 100% of the credit for this to Sam. She priced our house perfectly and marketed it for what it was. I'm new to this whole process and have to admit that I was expecting to sit on my sold house for a few months - Sam made it happen on the first day.
